Removal and reporting
Is something wrong, or is something there that shouldn't be? Email hello@zoeken.ai. You always get a confirmation of receipt and a decision with the reason.
What you can report

Search results come from other people's websites. We can only stop showing something on Ovin. If you want it gone from the web, please also contact the website itself.
What we need
- the URL or the answer concerned (copy the link or the search)
- what is wrong, and why
- your email address, so we can reply
- for copyright or illegal content: a statement that your report is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
Decision and appeal
You get our decision with the reason. If you disagree, reply to that email: someone else will look at it again. For privacy you can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the authority in the EU country where you live or work. You can always go to court.
Anyone who repeatedly makes clearly unfounded reports may, after a warning, be unable to report for a while (DSA, Art. 23).
